Mercure Centro Port Macquarie

After having to relocate from other accommodation due to safety concerns, the staff provided us with an early check-in, and made sure we had a comfortable stay. The amazing staff always greeted you with a smile, and nothing was too much trouble. Great pool area, complete with pool noodles for the little ones, and the best part was being greeted by Bella, the gorgeous lobby dog on arrival. Beds were also comfortable, and rooms were spotless.

Friendly staff, allowed my son and daughter in-law and grandson to come to our room to get changed after a funeral before travelling back to Brisbane. Dinning room staff were really professional and friendly

It was a really convenient spot. easy to walk to shops, jetty and restaurants. nice facilities and helpful staff. the kids loved swimming in the pool and we enjoyed using their towels as we were travelling through.

Staff were very pleasant and efficient. Warm and friendly and very helpful. My husband became very unwell and needed immediate care. The staff were superb and reacted very quickly for emergency services. I returned from hospital to find some beautiful flowers and a card, chocs etc from the staff. I can't thank them enough, a truly deserving team!
